Charity & Auction
Ten years after 〜
This exhibition is a +1 art charity exhibition that supports girls' education in developing countries. It is held at the end of each year as a series project that combines art and different fields.
It has been 10 years since the Great East Japan Earthquake, which led to the nuclear meltdown. The vivid memories do not disappear easily, but we wanted to take this opportunity to imagine the future on a time scale of 10 years.Globally, inequality, poverty, and discrimination in education have improved (although far from being resolved) in the last 40 to 50 years. This is good news.Environmental issues are urgent. While the World Congress on Global Warming Prevention has been discussing for over 25 years, global warming is progressing steadily. How will the environment change in 10 years?
There is a limit to what art can do, but in this exhibition, 50 works will weave hope for the future. All works will be sold in auction format and 10% of the sales will be donated to the Malala Foundation, which supports girls' education in developing (About Malala Foundation ▶ )
